You don’t have to register before placing an order. We recommend that you sign up for one of our accounts to facilitate our better services. Once you have registered you can access your account at anytime by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page. Here you can change your preferences, update your payment information and address book, track your orders and manage your account password.

2️⃣To Make an Order

You only need to add products to the shop cart, then choose payment method:

  • ⅰ.You can pay the order directly by PayPal without registering
  • ⅱ.Click the button “view” cart, then “Proceed to Pay” to login and finish the payment

3️⃣What payment methods do you accept?

  • Besides, you can shop according to the sort of Recommended, Best Selling, Price (high to low), Price (low to high) or New Arrival.

3️⃣How to change the order information?

As a rule, once the order has been made, the detailed information (the size, the color, the material, etc.) of the item you can ask for change with our Customer Service or email us.

4️⃣How can I check order status?

As to the order status and shipping information of your package, you can refer to "My Account" on our website and then click the “My orders”, to view all the detailed information about your order.

5️⃣What if I am making a large/bulk order?

Regarding a Large / Bulk Order, you can place the order directly from classicboho.com according to the order process, and follow the guidance of the order placing process.

We will provide you with personal customer service for large volume wholesale orders and discuss the shipping options fully.

7️⃣ Can you give me any more information on a product?

We try to give as much information as possible about all our styles in the product information including the colour, materials and of course plenty of clear images, which you can zoom in on to get a closer look at the details.

 

ORDER MAKING

1️⃣Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • ⅰ. How to cancel the order before payment

We will process the order only after the payment. So if your order is unpaid, customers can just leave it there. It will automatically be CLOSED 24 hours later.

2️⃣Can I withdraw an order after payment?
  • ⅰ. Cancel paid order within 24 hours:
  • Customer can cancel the order in the user account after contacted our customer services. We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within 24 hours after the payment.
  • ⅱ. Cancel paid order after 24 hours:
  • Please contact our customer service directly. If an order is not shipped, please contact us or our customer service. We do NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has been shipped.
  • ⅲ. If I place a repeat order, can I cancel one

Please contact our customer service team at support@classicboho.com before your items being delivered, so that we can cancel one and resolve your problems as soon as possible.

  • ⅳ. Can I change items after payment

Please contact our customer service team, we can change the items within 24 hours after the payment for free.

  • ⅴ. Can I change the address after payment

Please contact our customer service team, we can change the shipping address before it is shipped. After that, we are unable to modify it anymore.

SHIPPING

1️⃣How will my item (s) be shipped?

All shipping information is outlined in our shipping page.

2️⃣Why split an order into several orders?

Here are some reasons :

  • The order has too many products, and they all don’t fit into one box.
  • Some products in the order are back-ordered
  • Some products in the order didn’t pass 1st-time quality
  • Checking, and on its 2nd-time quality checking.
  • Some items are out of stock temporarily.

3️⃣How long it takes to receive my order?

  • ⅰ. Order Processing:
  • The time it takes for us to prepare your items before shipping. This typically takes 3 to 5 days; however, it may take longer time for items that’s pre-sale or temporary out of stock.
  • ⅱ. Delivery time:
  • The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has been shipped. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods.

4️⃣Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?

For now, our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. So you are supposed to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

1️⃣If the size is wrong, can I return it? Or exchange?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, or the size is wrong, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 14 calendar days of receipt.

ⅰ. Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition, return for more than 2 pcs(include) of same item or style with multiple sizes or colors in one order is subject to 50% restocking fee. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.

ⅱ. Please consult the customer service by a dispute e-mail to support@classicboho.com:

Indicating the order number, item(s) you want to return and the reason. Our customer service will provide some instructions about returns and exchanges of the item(s) within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.
