Shipping and Delivery Information

• Order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging are carried out before dispatch.
• All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on the destination. All items are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

• USA & Canada:
  Standard Secured Shipping: 7-12 business days for delivery.

• Australia & New Zealand:
  Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days for delivery.

• U.K. & Europe:
  Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days for delivery.

• Other Countries:
  Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days for delivery.

Shipping Guarantee

• If your item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement item free of charge, provided sufficient proof (e.g., photos of the damaged item or shipping confirmation) is supplied.

Order Modifications

• If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., size, color, or address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@classicboho.com.
• Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make changes. Please double-check your selections at checkout to ensure your order is accurate.
