Return & Refund Policy

RETURN REASON: DEFECTIVE OR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or receive a defective product, please contact us at support@classicboho.com within 30 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence if applicable.

RETURN PROCESS

Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Classic Boho purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at support@classicboho.com within 30 days of receiving your package with your order number, reasons for return, and photo proofs if the item is defective. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Please allow 1-2 days for your return request to be processed.

RETURN POLICY

Please rest assured that we offer refunds for returned items upon receipt of returned merchandise. The processing of your return may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive it. We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE

Classic Boho covers the return shipping fee for both defective and non-defective items. In addition, original shipping costs are also refundable.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

  • Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
